Monongahela Valley Hospital will host “Advance Care Planning” for individuals that want to learn more about a Living Will, Healthcare Power of Attorney and how to make decisions for themselves or loved ones if they should become unable to communicate for themselves.
Two sessions will be offered: Tuesday, October 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, October 27 from noon to 2 p.m. in the Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center. All persons wishing to attend must register by calling 724-258-1076.
