On March 17th, in front of thousands of people from countries all over the world attending the CENTURY 21 Global Conference in Orlando, Florida, Roger Dolanch, as the broker of CENTURY 21 Frontier Realty, and his company were presented with the most prestigious recognition any company in the entire CENTURY 21 franchise system can achieve. To truly comprehend the scope of this recognition, one must realize that there are approximately 7,000 other real estate offices in the CENTURY 21 system and fewer than twenty other companies have ever been honored with this particular award.
The Art Bartlett 2100 Cup Award was named for one of the original founders of CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation. It is presented now annually to the company that best emulates the CENTURY 21 System. The 2100 Cup is based on more than production or even financial success. It is awarded to the one company in the entire franchise organization that meets the following criteria:
• Has a positive attitude and whose management team and sales associates are a reflection of the attitude
• Displays proven leadership within their community and within the CENTURY 21 system
• Believes in the CENTURY 21 system and all it represents
• Continues to evolve and change, and is not afraid of new ideas and different ways of doing business
• Embraces and successfully implements CENTURY 21 tools and systems
In 1962, Roger Dolanch acquired Frontier Realty with the mind set to grow the then “three man operation” into a successful regional enterprise and be able to leave his children and grandchildren a legacy. In 1985, as a business decision, he purchased his first CENTURY 21 franchise to help him make his dream become reality.
Today Roger is a respected leader in the CENTURY 21® system, the National Relocation arena, and the Pittsburgh Metropolitan real estate community. He served many years as president of the CENTURY 21 Pittsburgh Brokers’ Council, and was elected over and over again by his peers to serve on the CENTURY 21 Regional Brokers’ Communication Congress and the CENTURY 21 National Brokers’ Communication Congress. He also served as a director and president of the Washington-Greene Association of Realtors® and was recognized by them as Realtor® of the Year for 1999. He continues to serve as a director on the Chairman’s Round Table for Easter Seals Disability Services of Western and Central Pennsylvania.
The production awards and quality service recognition the agents and offices continue to earn are a source of ongoing pride throughout the organization.
