The Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce will hold a luncheon meeting on Tuesday, April 14 at the Monongahela Valley Hospital Lombardi Conference Center in Carroll Township. Registration begins for the event at 11:45 and the program will conclude promptly at 1 p.m.
Washington County District Attorney Gene Vittone will be the keynote speaker, with fraud expert Andrew Richards participating in the presentation. Mr. Richards worked for many years as the supervisor of fraud section of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
