On October 11, 2012, DJ Belczyk officially took ownership of his two franchises - Tri-County and Allegheny Chem-Dry - from previous owners, Walt and Diane Bianchi.

 In nearly two years, DJ has found owning his own business just as rewarding as it can be tough. He has learned the old adage that says, "When you work for someone else you work overtime, but when you work for yourself you work ALL the time," to be very true.
