Business & Merchant

By Gina C. Lynn, Executive Director

It's always an exciting time when a business moves to a new location due to growth and expansion. I am thrilled to get those calls from a GRC member saying, "My business is expanding and we are moving to a bigger space." With the decision to move are some concerns: Will I be successful in the new location? Will my customers find and follow me? Am I taking on more than I can handle? Once the decision to move is made, making the new location the best for your business and customers becomes the next goal.

So, now it's my turn! I am thrilled to announce that the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce recently made a location move. Our organization has outgrown the second floor office space that we have occupied for the past six years on Broad Ave. After months of searching and deliberating, the board of directors voted to make the move to a new location.

The new office, located at 516 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon, in the professional plaza off of Rostraver Road is a larger, ground-level space with plenty of parking. Plaza signage and the end unit space will provide us with great visibility and the location is centrally located within our service area.

The office is unpacked, operational and open for business. Our own grand opening and ribbon cutting will take place soon, and everyone will be invited to attend. In the meantime, stop in for a visit as I always welcome the break and opportunity to talk to members, prospective members and community residents.

Our new address is Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce, 516 Circle Drive, Belle Vernon, PA 15012. The office phone number and email address remain the same: 724-929-3329 and grcoc1@comcast.net.

Thank you to my office movers, Frank Grimes, Jesse Kallam and Josh Godzin of Event Services, Lynn Grimes, Checkers Boutique, Dylan Pietrantoni, Parker Lynn and Don Lynn.
