Berkshire Hathaway, The Preferred Realty's Rostraver office held a 'brand' opening celebration to officially launch its affiliation with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, on April 23rd, 2014 at 2 p.m. at 638 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon.

The festivities included a cocktail hour and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with special guests from the Greater Rostraver Chamber and past, current and future clients. The brand opening also featured the new signage reveal, a cabernet and champagne toast, and refreshments.
Berkshire Hathaway, The Preferred Realty, a 50‑year‑old Southwestern Pennsylvania real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial real estate, joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Network in April 2014.
Heading the Rostraver office is LouAnn Kenney, an 18-year real estate veteran. "We are attracted to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for its brand reputation, leadership and financial strength," said Ron Croushore, CEO. "We also appreciate the brand's value proposition and tool suites, as we are committed to providing best-in-class programs and services to drive exceptional performance and sustainable profitable growth."
