163 Finley Opens Doors in February
Belle Vernon will now have a special place to shop for antiques, collectibles and crafts when 163 Finley opens their doors in February 2013.
Belle Vernon will now have a special place to shop for antiques, collectibles and crafts when 163 Finley opens their doors in February 2013.
Featuring unique items from local artisans as well as local collections from established dealers, 163 Finley is conveniently located off of I-70 and is a located in the Fun Party Stores building.
Bob LaVella, one of the owners of Fun Party Stores, is excited for opening the new space. “There is nothing like this offered in Belle Vernon. It gives us an opportunity to use otherwise unused space and transform it into a place where local artists and collectors can have the opportunity to sell their good without having to worry about all of the overhead in a traditional retail space.”
Prime, affordable retail space is not the only exciting part of this new business adventure. “We loved the idea of having local artisans having a place to highlight and showcase their work. It gives us another way to meaningfully connect with the greater Rostraver community,” said Sue Martin, another owner of Fun Party Stores.
“This business appeals to the crafter in me and also compliments what we are doing next door at Fun Party Stores,” said Toni Orner. “Our shopping base in Belle Vernon and the surrounding communities have always supported our efforts at Fun Party Stores and this new space will give our shoppers the chance to find even more unique items without having to travel all over town!”
Artists and other vendors interested in signing up for a grand opening space can do so by downloading the application at www.163finley.com or by calling Bob LaVella at 724-331-4023.
