Belle Vernon Rotary Celebrates President’s Night

The Belle Vernon Rotary celebrated its annual President's Appreciation Night on June 29 at Cedar Creek Park.

The passing of the gavel from outgoing President Brian Pirilla to incoming President Brian Mentzer was part of the festivities. During the event Brian Mentzer was awarded a Paul Harris award by Michele Horvath, visiting from the Canonsburg-Houston Club. Brian Pirilla also announced that the BV Rotary is the recipient of the District's Crystal Citation, that recognizes exemplary service by the members of a club in the District 7305. Colleen Arnowitz, Assistant District Governor, congratulated the club on its outstanding year of service and good wishes for continued success.
