Luke K. Marone, MD, FACS has joined the team at Penn Highlands Vascular Surgery at 1029 Country Club Road, Suite 204, in Monongahela.
Dr. Marone has nearly three decades of experience. He is a highly renowned, fellowship-trained specialist, conferring the highest level of training in his field. He has served as Chief of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, Chief of Vascular Radiology Services and Co-Director of the Heart and Vascular Institute at West Virginia University. He has been named a Pittsburgh Best Doctor for three consecutive years.

Dr. Marone graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Mass. He completed his internship in general surgery, residency in general surgery and a distinguished fellowship of the society for vascular surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Mass. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the Society for Vascular Surgery; fellow of the American College of Surgeons; and a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, International Society for Vascular Surgery and Eastern Vascular Society.
