Sue Schmitz, Broker/Owner of Vintage Real Estate, LLC has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. She received her real estate license in 1978 and her broker license in 1988. A native of the area, she opened Vintage Real Estate LLC in 2002 on Valleybrook Road in McMurray and has worked in the South Hills ever since. When the building that housed the former Armen's House of Music on Library Road became available, Sue decided to purchase the building and relocate her office to Bethel Park. They have spent the past year gutting and remodeling the old building to fit their needs and look like new again.

She has also teamed up with Shelley McKenna, another native to the area, who has 20 years of experience in titles, background, and loan processes. A woman owned business, their new office employs seven full time representatives with a good mix of expertise.

Vintage Real Estate LLC covers the areas from Robinson to South Fayette, the South Hills, and Pittsburgh to Washington. They are committed to work with a client's needs to provide a personal professional process to buy or sell a home, rent or lease, investment properties, and property management.

The happiness of both agents and clients is how Sue measures the success of her business. She invites the community to stop by anytime to say 'Hello' and also to attend their Grand Opening on March 23.
