Step Four Fitness offers a professional and friendly staff plus a variety of workout classes that range from 15 to 60 minutes, make stepping into a new you easier than ever. They offer a comfortable, judgment-free facility catered mostly to women of all ages. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness expert, you find something guaranteed to fit your heart rate pumping! Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:30-1 p.m. & 3-8 p.m.; Friday, 8:30-1 p.m.; and Saturday, 9-1 p.m. We have two specials going! Call 724-930-6006 for details.
