It is always a good day in the neighborhood when a business has a ribbon cutting, but it's a great day when it has a grand-reopening/ribbon cutting due to growth and expansion.

That is exactly what Diann Donaldson, owner of Jazzy Boutique, did at her new location at 1049 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon. Friends, family, and customers gathered for an afternoon of celebration, in-store promotions, pianist Sue Ann Edwards, and a delightful assortment of refreshments.
