Progress Self Storage hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on August 24, 2016 to celebrate its first state-of-the-art multi-story self-storage facility. Construction Is expected to be complete in December 2016 with an expected opening date of January 2017.

The facility is located at 5450 Progress Boulevard in the Bethel Park Industrial Park. The property will be comprised of 30,000 square feet of storage space in 220 climate-controlled and drive-up units. It will feature a multi-story facility with easy access for large trucks and paved driveways. The site is near single- and multi-family residences in the heart of Bethel Park.
Progress Self Storage will have a number of technology solutions for customers, including online reservation and bill pay as well as a manager on site. Security features will include controlled access, perimeter lighting, and video cameras. For pre-leasing, please call 412-835-3200.
