Jazzy Boutique at 540 Broad Avenue in North Belle Vernon opened its doors with a grand opening and ribbon cutting on Saturday, June 11.

It is a like-new and new fashion consignment store and artisan center. Owners Diann Donaldson and Kathy Heinz treated the crowd to food, music by D.J. Donn Henderson, and in-store specials. The Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce was on hand to help celebrate. Seen here (l-r) are Diann Donaldson, owner, and Kathy Heinz, owner.
