The Clothes 4 U ministry of the First United Methodist Church in Belle Vernon will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Tuesday March 14 and Tuesday, March 28. All donations of clean gently used clothing is greatly appreciated so that we can continue this ministry to the people of the Mon Valley. We are strictly donations in and donations out. We do not charge for anything. Please call the church at 724-929-4696 for information and immediate need

Join Liz Shovlin along with the Shovlin Academy of Irish dance for an evening of entertainment at Baldwin Borough Public Library on Thursday, March 30. Doors open at 6:30 PM for Irish beer and snacks. Dancers begin at 7:00 PM. This event is for ages 21+. BYOB or enjoy an adult refreshment provided by the library on a first come first serve basis. Holy Rider Assembly of Christ, located at 317 First Street in Donora, will be holding ‘Lunch with the Easter Bunny’ on Saturday, April 1 from 11:00AM – 2:00PM. Lunch includes: Hot dog, Chips, Cookie, and a Drink, and costs just $6 for adults, and $4 for children ages 2 – 12. Children under 2 are free.

Jefferson United Methodist Church, located at 310 Gill Hall Road, in Jefferson Hills, will be holding their annual Easter Bake Sale on Saturday, April 1, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. A variety of homemade baked goods will be available for purchase including Easter rolls available in nut, apricot and poppyseed varieties, cookies, candy, and pies.
