Monongahela Valley Hospital is sponsoring a variety of informative programs in June. Many of the events will be held in the hospital's Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center (ECC) unless otherwise noted.

How to Prevent Diabetes - Monday, June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 from 6 – 7 p.m., ECC. Do you want to live a healthier lifestyle and prevent diabetes? In this five-week education program, you will learn how to make better food choices, begin to lose weight, become more active, discuss changing behaviors to improve your habits and use food records to track your food choices. The fee for the series of courses is $50. Advance registration is required by calling 724-258-1483.
