A guest speaker from the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum is the featured program of the Peters Creek Historical Society (PCHS), at 7:30PM on Monday August 24 at Wrights United Methodist Church social room, 788 Venetia Road, Venetia, Pa.

The museum was born in an idea back in 1941 and came to fruition in February 1954 with three trolleys. It now boasts a collection of over 54 cars and an extensive mission statement. Learn more about this living history museum that is in our backyard, alive and well with national membership, 200 active members and over 50,000 visitors annually. The public is welcome!
Enoch Wright House
Docents will open the doors of the Enoch Wright House, 815 Venetia Road, Venetia to welcome visitors from 1:00PM – 4:00PM on Sunday August 16. Guests are also invited to stroll up to the log cabin in the backyard.
Goat Mile Soap Making Class
The society is sponsoring a goat milk soap making class on Saturday August 8 at 10:00AM at the Enoch Wright House, 815 Venetia Road, Venetia. Cost is $60. For reservations and details call 412-992-0738.
