If traditional gyms aren’t your style, you’ll love the welcoming vibe of our one-hour fitness classes at the South Park Township Community Center! These energizing sessions combine variety and effectiveness—each class features a fresh mix of exercises that work your whole body using hand-held weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. You’ll improve your balance, increase your strength, and have a blast doing it—all without the intensity of a typical gym environment. Drop in for just $5 a class, or save with 9 sessions for only $40. It’s fitness that fits your lifestyle—fun, affordable, and refreshingly non-intimidating.
Fitness Classes - Monday (9-10 am), Wednesday (9:15-10:15 am), and Friday (9:15-10:15 am)
Each class features a variety of exercises that cover all body parts, keeping things exciting and varied, both standing and on the floor.
Overweight or Out of Shape Class - Saturday (9-10 am)
Specially tailored for individuals who are overweight or looking to get back to an active lifestyle, this session provides a gentle, effective, fun, and non-competitive environment.
