Liberty Boro Centenarian Receives Special Visit on 100th Birthday

Evelyn Esack of Liberty Boro celebrated her 100th birthday on Saturday, July 12, 2025.

Fr. Tom Burke, Pastor of Saints Joachim and Anne Catholic Parish- Elizabeth/Glassport/Liberty Boro visited her at her home,  gave her flowers, a special blessing and Holy Communion.

Evelyn spent the day with her family and friends with lunch and a delicious birthday cake. She is one of the founding members of the former St. Eugene Parish in Liberty Boro now part of Saints Joachim and Anne Parish.
