For the fifth consecutive year, Penn Highlands Healthcare received recognition as one of Pennsylvania Business Central's Top 100 Organizations.

The health system joins others on this prestigious list of organizations that have made significant contributions to Central Pennsylvania's economy, social progress and philanthropy. The organizations on the list were selected by Pennsylvania Business Central's subscribers.
Penn Highlands Mon Valley was designated One of America's 250 Best Hospitals for Overall Clinical Excellence by Healthgrades for 2026. This award recognizes the top 1% to 5% of U.S. hospitals that demonstrate superior, consistent clinical outcomes across 31 common procedures and conditions. On average, patients at these hospitals have a 32.8% lower risk of dying and fewer complications.
