UPMC Washington Physicians Group (WPG) has again been recognized among the nation’s top performers in patient experience, earning the 2025 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® from Press Ganey. The award honors organizations that rank in the top 5% nationally for patient experiences over a one year period.

This designation reflects yearlong post-visit patient survey results showing that the experience at UPMC Washington Physicians Group consistently ranked in the 95th percentile compared to practices nationwide.
