On February 18, 2026, the CNX Foundation Substance Recovery Unit at Penn Highlands Mon Valley celebrated its second anniversary.

Representatives from substance recovery organizations from throughout the region and government leaders joined the Unit’s staff for the celebration. The two-hour event included educational sessions outlining the Unit’s mission as well as testimonials from staff and former patients.
