SilverSneakers® open house enrollment will be held on Tuesday, January 24 from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. at the Mon Valley YMCA. Come see if you are eligible for a free Y membership. You will need to bring a valid picture ID and health insurance cards.
For additional information on eligibility, contact your healthcare provider or visit ww.silversneakers.com today. Blood pressure screening, free tours and light refreshments and giveaways will be available. Reservations are not needed.
