The second annual Warrior 5K Run/Walk/Breakfast was held on Saturday November 4, 2017 at Elizabeth Forward Middle School in Elizabeth Township.

Elizabeth Forward Youth Athletics (EFYA), Matt Garfold GI Plumbing, Kings Family Restaurant, and Eric L. Ash Farmers Insurance, sponsors for the event, organized this to benefit Elizabeth VFW Post 7632 and American Legion Post 553. Their programs include the Veteran Banner Program, Memorial Day services, graveside flags, youth sports, youth essays, and other community projects. A total of 150 runners participated with a total of $2630.50 collected and presented as a check to the veterans.
